I understand that the organisers are fully insured for this event. I will abide by the Health & Safety Regulations.
I declare that the use of the vehicle hereby entered is covered by insurance as required by the Road Traffic which is valid for such part of this event as shall take place on roads as defined in the Act.
I declare that the vehicle hereby entered has passed the appropriate test under the current Motor Vehicle (Test) Regulations and that I hold the appropriate certificate of fitness.
I declare that before driving any vehicle anywhere within the show area, all persons wether a named entrant or not will ensure that he/she is legally covered against third party risk and holds a current Driving Licence which covers the type or class of vehicle to be driven.(I realize that the vehicle owner have a further responsibility to neither cause nor allow an infringement of this legal requirement).
I declare that no persons will be carried anywhere within the show area on any vehicle which is not constructed or adapted to carry passengers eg. Agricultural Tractors.
I declare I will not create any excessive noise and agree that any commitee member is authorised to ask an entrant to leave if their behaviour is deemed anti-social.
STEAM DRIVEN VEHICLES ONLY- I declare that an authorised examiner has examined the boiler of my vehicle and a valid certificate is in force in respect of such boiler.
